The service staff, from drivers to restaurant servers, often go above and beyond to ensure we have an exceptional experience. Understanding this, we have established a collective tipping system to ensure fair and generous compensation for the services we receive. On the first day of our trip, we will collect a total of USD $250 from each participant. This amount is carefully calculated to cover all tipping needs throughout the week, including drivers, baggage handlers, boat staff, beach crew, guides, and restaurant servers/staff.

This approach has several benefits:

1. Fair Distribution: It ensures that all service providers are fairly and adequately compensated for their efforts.

2. Convenience for Travelers: You won't have to worry about carrying change or figuring out the appropriate amount to tip for different services.
