• Travel documents and the final itinerary will be emailed 7-14 days prior to departure. 
• You MUST provide us with your flight information by June 1, 2025 to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure.  Those who miss the deadline will be charged $35.  The link to submit your flight info will be emailed to you in April.
• A valid U.S. Passport is required for this trip.  Refunds will not be issued to those without a valid passport.  
• A Visa is required for entry into Indonesia.  You can purchase a visa upon arrival or online.  VoA Application
• You are responsible to follow all COVID-19 travel protocols & restrictions.  Refunds will not be provided if you fail to do so.

• Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Blue Diamond Travelers LLC's Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer Policy, and Privacy Policy.
• All deposits and payments submitted to Blue Diamond Travelers are non-refundable and non-transferable.  We have contractual agreements with multiple vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. 
• Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.  
• Name changes are allowed with approval and a $75 name change fee.  
• Name changes will not be allowed 120 days prior to departure.  
• A monthly payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.  All payments are automatically processed on the 15th of each month.  
• To have your monthly payments drafted on a different date, you must contact us in advance.  Any request submitted within 5 days of your payment due date will not be accepted.  The final payment due date cannot be changed.  
• Late Payment:  A late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if the monthly payment is not received within 3 days of the scheduled due date. 
• If you should go two or more months without submitting a payment or discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice.  A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.
• Choose your roommate wisely!  You must ensure that your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  
• If your roommate(s) cancels their reservation, then your room will be converted to the most appropriate room occupancy and you will be responsible for the price of the room. 
• Final payment must be received on or before April 15, 2025.  Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation.  Blue Diamond Travelers LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation. 

All deposits and payments submitted to Blue Diamond Travelers LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Blue Diamond Travelers has negotiated agreements with several vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds.  You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance. 

Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.  You are solely responsible for purchasing your own travel insurance policy.  If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy, most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 1-21 days of the initial purchase. As a reference, TravelInsurance.com can assist you in purchasing an insurance policy that is suitable for you.

If you have any questions regarding travel insurance coverage then, you must contact the insurance company directly.  Blue Diamond Travelers does not provide travel insurance assistance as we are not insurance agents.  

• Upon entry into Indonesia, U.S passport holders are required to have two blank (unstamped) pages available in their passport each time entry is sought into Indonesia. These pages are in addition to the endorsement/amendment pages at the back of the passport.  
• You can purchase the required Visa online.  You can apply for the E-VoA 14 days before departure.  However, you are advised to create an E-VoA request at least 48 hours before your departure.  VoA Online Application
• If you do not purchase the E-VoA before you arrive in Indonesia, you can purchase the VoA at the VoA counter in the airport.

• Travelers who are fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine, are not required to quarantine and can enter into Indonesia without a negative PCR test result.  Fully vaccinated travelers are defined as having received 2 or more doses. (Johnson & Johnson counts as 2 doses). 
• Unvaccinated travelers can enter Indonesia only if you are medically exempt.  A letter from your doctor explaining the medical condition(s) and the reason(s) for the vaccine exemption is required.  
• You cannot enter Indonesia, if you are unvaccinated for personal reasons.

Before booking this trip, each traveler must verify their eligibility to travel abroad under special circumstances.  Blue Diamond Travelers will not provide a refund if a traveler is denied entry due to travel restrictions.  We strongly urge you to review the guidelines provided under the US Department of State and Passport Requirements For Felony websites as a reference.

Blue Diamond Travelers doesn't not accept bank account info, cash, checks, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal or Venmo as a form of payment.  A credit card is required for all deposits and monthly payments.  

All payment transactions will incur a standard processing fee.  This fee is unavoidable.

Prices are Per Person

• Each roommate must book separate and create a personal WeTravel account. 
• Couples may book together if one payment method will be used.
• Reservations will automatically link together if you book under the same WeTravel account.  
• Invoices cannot be separated if roommates book together.  
• You must include your roommate's name on the registration form.  
• You must book a single occupancy package if you don't have a roommate.  If you find someone to join you later on then, we can add them to your room.

• Each roommate must submit a deposit by the deadline in order to secure the room.

You must sign the Terms and Conditions after checkout.  If not, you will have 3 days to sign before your reservation is cancelled.  Your spot is not guaranteed until you sign the agreement.
