Deposit/Payment Policy
Deadlines refer to the day of at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (e.g. Early Bird Rates expire December 31 at 11:59 pm EST; on January 1, the new rate applies).
DEPOSIT POLICY
A Non-Refundable $100 Deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
UPLIFT FINANCING: We have financing available. This is an excellent option for those who want to put the trip on a credit card because Uplift offers financing on simple interest and not compound interest (like credit cards). *There are no prepayment penalties or late penalties with Uplift. *There is no effect on your credit to check your offer, only if you accept the loan. Email us at riseandthrive@experiences03.com with which package you'd like to book and we will send you the application. It only takes a few seconds to apply! *Other terms and conditions may apply.
PAYMENT POLICY: All payments must be made according to the payment schedule. Failure to make payments according to the payment schedule may result in the cancellation of the reservation and you will not be eligible for a refund for any money paid up until the cancellation date. At check-in, a credit card will be required to guarantee any additional charges you would like to pay for (e.g. spa services, bottle services), up to a maximum charge of USD 350. All final balances for incidental charges will be settled at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or modify your booking and receive a full refund (minus the $100 deposit and $50 administrative fee) until September 1, 2024. Cancellations received on or after September 2, 2024, are fully non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to riseandthrive@experiences03.com by 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on September 1, 2024.
Please make sure you are happy with the cancellation policy for this booking, which will also apply if you have to cancel due to any Covid-19-related issues. We highly recommend Travel Insurance/Protection to protect your vacation investment. REFUNDS
Any refunds (that may be due, if applicable) will be initiated ONLY to the credit card used to make the transaction (payment), or, in the event a credit card was not used in the processing of a transaction, any applicable refund will be made to the original method of payment. There will be no exceptions to this rule. Please allow 7 – 14 business days for the funds to appear on your statement after the refund is initiated. Refunds will NOT be issued for no-shows or requests to cancel after September 2, 2024.
NO SHOWS - EARLY CHECK OUT
For No Shows and Early checkouts, 100% of the cost of your trip will be assessed and you will not receive a refund. Reinstatement of your room will be subject to availability and is NOT guaranteed. Please make sure to contact us immediately of any changes to your travel plans, including changes to your flight schedule (delays, changes, cancellations, etc.).
RESERVATION TRANSFERS/NAME-CHANGES
If you are unable to attend the retreat and wish to transfer your registration to a substitute guest, you may do so at no charge by emailing riseandthrive@experiences03.com with the name, phone number, and email address of the person you wish to transfer your registration to. Any remaining balances due under the reservation will become the responsibility of the substitute guest. Written requests must be sent no less than 96 hours before departure.
Retreat & Other Policies
GROUP & DAMAGES POLICY
Guests can and will be removed from the property, at their own expense, if any disturbance or complaint from other guests or hotel staff arises. Parties in rooms are not permitted. Unruly behavior by individuals or groups is not allowed at the property at any time. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Charges will be assessed and must be paid in full before check-out.
Notice of Recording and Photography
By registering for Boss Babes Presents: Rise and Thrive Retreat 2025, you consent to your voice, name and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in photography and audio/video recording for use in any and all media in perpetuity. You release 3 Experiences, its employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of images, video, and/or audio recordings. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken at the retreat or the person or entity designated to do so by 3Experiences. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

At the retreat, we want every participant to feel welcome, included, and safe. Moreover, we will do our best to accommodate specific needs such as accessibility. We expect all interactions between attendees to be respectful and constructive. The open exchange of ideas and the freedom of thought and expression are central to the success of the event. This requires an environment that recognizes the inherent worth of every person, fosters dignity, understanding, and mutual respect, and embraces diversity. Failure to respect these guidelines, at the discretion of leadership, may result in a ban of the attendee from continued attendance.
