Join twinKonnections as we journey to Spain on Friday, July 18, 2025 - Monday, July 28, 2025.  We will explore Madrid, Barcelona, and Ibiza.  Join us on this awesome adventure.  AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED (Airfare originating  and returning to/from USA and Canada).   

Cancellation Policy:

Deposit and Payments are Non-Refundable.

Initial deposits are refundable up to 24 hours after time/date of registration, after the 24-hour timeframe your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE.  Monthly Payments Are Required.  Full payment or Final Payment for this trip will need to be completed on or before May 18, 2025. Your Final Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE upon its due date of May 18, 2025.

If you cancel your trip at any time after the 1st payment has been made you will need to file a claim with your insurance provider to reclaim any funds paid towards your trip.

Trip is Non-Transferable.

Passport Validity: 6-month recommended, 3 months beyond your date of departure is required validity past your travel dates when traveling abroad. 

Onward or Return Ticket: You’ll need to show proof of an onward or return flight. 

Visa Requirements: For stays of up to 90 days, you can visit Spain without a visa. 

Note: Requirements can change at any time. So, please monitor for any changes.  

When booking your flight, you will board your overnight flight to Madrid (Friday, July 18, 2025). Book a multi-city flight from your Departure city to Madrid (MAD) on July 18, 2025, and your return flight from Ibiza (IBZ) on July 28, 2025.  Note: Flights aren't available until 331 (Aug 21, 2024) days before the departure date.  American Airlines ha a non-stop flight from Chicago to Madrid.  We will provide suggested flight options as we get closer to the date.  

Round Trip Airport Transportation will be a group transfer. We will advise the flight arrival times time for the pick-up when available.    

For the exception of the deposit for the trip, payments can also be made via zelle to twinKonnections@gmail.com or cashapp to $twinKonnections.
