It was a great trip. The arrangements were good, the tour guides were excellent!

We have traveled a lot over the last few decades (over 100 countries on seven continents) but this most recent month long trip to Colombia, which Lulo Colombia Travel (thank you very much - Daniel Restrepo) planned and organized for us, has comfortably moved towards the top ten (if not top five) list of our favorite trips. What a spectacular experience this was! Not only were we surprised by the incredible diversity and beauty of Colombia, but everything went so smooth and was so well organized that we were able to fully focus on the actual travel experience. The trip we did may not be for everyone as there were some rather strenuous elements to it (long hikes, mountain biking, very long car rides to get to our destinations), but for someone who has an adventurous travel attitude and frame of mind this was perfect. Where there were small issues (a guide had a motorcycle accident and we were not able to do part of an excursion on the very first day in Bogota) Lulo was extremely proactive and fixed the issue quickly and perfectly (we did the excursions on our last day in Bogota before flying home to the United States). Our accommodations were overall quite satisfactory and reflected the places in Colombia that we traveled to. Again, some accommodations were quite rudimentary but worked okay. We would overall highly recommend Lulo to anyone interested in any type of travel to Colombia. Thank you again for a wonderful five star experience at an - in our opinion - fair price.

Our trip to Colombia was an extraordinary experience. Thanks to Lulo we never had to worry about anything. That we had the 'lulo-phone' made us feel extra secure, especially that they always respondend quickly when we had a quiestion or remark. We recommend Lulo highly.
