All you have to do is secure your slot, book a flight, pay for your trip and pack your bags! Everything else is already done for you.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-Please note: You must depart on 5/9 in order to arrive on 5/10 with the group.
- A Passport is required to enter Dubai and cannot expire on or before 11/15/2024. If your passport expires before this date you must get is renewed.
- Deposits are $200 per person for land only package.
-Travel Insurance is highly recommended. All deposits & payments are non-refundable, but all packages are eligible for travel insurance which can reimburse you should you have to cancel (see terms of your travel insurance carrier).
-All final payments are due no later than March 15th 2024 .
- Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until the final payment date and $100 after the final payment date.
- This form also serves as a Credit Card Authorization to be placed on file for your room. This form is to book only your hotel accommodations.
- All travel documents will be sent 14-21 days prior to departure.
-Flights are separate and NOT INCLUDED. Room deposit must be PAID to secure your reservation and prices are subject to change until deposit is applied.
-Travel docs will be sent 30 days prior to departure.
-You must purchase your own flight to Dubai (DXB)
