 - Rates are available on a limited, first-come-first-serve basis. Note: subject to change until a deposit made.

 - Excursion/Activity Rates are subject to change until a deposit payment is made. 

 - All room rates are in US dollars.

 - There are no resort fees.

 - Name changes are not permitted.

Check-in and Check-out Time:

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. | Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

Ground Transportation to/from the resort and the airport is included in the cost of your trip. In order to properly arrange your pick-up times, you must send a copy of your full flight details by email (info@lovestupidcupid.com) no later than June 1, 2023. Transportation gratuities are not included. Airport porterage is an additional cost, and is discretionary. 

Please make sure you are happy with the cancellation policy for this booking, which will also apply if you have to cancel due to any Covid-19 related issues. We highly recommend Travel Insurance/Protection to protect your vacation investment. DEPOSIT POLICY: A Non-Refundable 10% Deposit is required to confirm your reservation. 

UPLIFT FINANCING: We have financing available. This is an excellent option for those that want to put the trip on a credit card because Uplift offers financing on simple interest and not compound interest (like credit cards). There are no prepayment penalties or late penalties with Uplift. There is no effect on your credit to check your offer, only if you accept the loan. Most use this option and then will hold on to their cash until the trip is over, then pay the trip off early. Email us at info@lovestupidcupid.com with which package you'd like to book and we will send your the application. It only takes 30 seconds to apply!

PAYMENT POLICY: All payments must be made according to the payment schedule. Failure to make payments according to the payment schedule may result in the cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of all money paid to date. Failure to adhere to the payment timeline(s) may result in the cancellation of your trip and you will not be eligible for a refund for any money paid up until the cancellation date. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel or modify your booking and receive a full refund (minus the deposit) until March 31, 2023. Cancellations received on or after April 1, 2023 are fully non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email to info@lovestupidcupid.com by 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on March 31, 2023. 

NO SHOWS - EARLY CHECK OUT: For No Shows and Early check outs, 100% of the cost of your trip will be assessed and you will not receive a refund. Reinstatement of your room will be subject to availability and is NOT guaranteed. Please make sure to contact us immediately of any changes to your travel plans, including changes to your flight schedule (delays, changes, cancels, etc.). 

GROUP & DAMAGES POLICY: Guests can and will be removed from the property, at their own expense, if any disturbance or complaint from other guests or hotel staff arises. Parties in rooms are not permitted. Unruly behavior by individuals or groups is not allowed at the property at any time. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Charges will be assessed and must be paid in full before check-out. 

REFUNDS: Any and all refunds (that may be due, if applicable) will be initiated ONLY to the credit card used to make the transaction (payment), or, in the event a credit card was not used in the processing of a transaction, any applicable refund will be made to the original method of payment. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
