Visit the adventure capital of Ecuador. Enjoy one of the most touristic places in South America.  Be surprised to see the Devil's Cauldron waterfall. Enjoy a subtropical climate. Baños city lies down by an active volcano called Mama Tungurahua. The city is located just 119 miles south-east of Quito.

Good place to admire and photograph at least three extinct volcanoes such as Rumiñahui, Corazon and Illinizas. 

Salasakas indigenous people are famous for making handmade tapestries with designs that are taken from Mother Nature or Pacha Mama. 

 Perfect place to take a walk in the upper part of the Pastaza river canyon and look at the enormous mountains that are part of the eastern Andes and the gateway to the Ecuadorian Amazon region. 

 Chinchin River forms out a waterfall, this name was adopted because the waters that fall from the waterfall have such whiteness that they resemble the bride's mantle.  Enjoy the cable car tour that will take you to the waterfall to photograph it up close. The cable car makes a route of 450 meters  and has a height of approximately 45 meters. 

Its name of the Devil's Cauldron comes from the rock shape that is under the waterfall and if you look carefully you can see the shape of the devil's face that is formed in the rocks, hence its name.  To see the waterfall you have to take a walk from the top, cross a suspension bridge and from there you can admire, photograph it or make amazing videos. 

Do a city tour in the downtown, see its Basilica that was finished in 1944. Visit craft shops and take home a nice souvenir from this charming city. Return to Quito.
