The past couple of years the pandemic has taken us out of our bodies. Isolation, extended time on screens & devices, changes in diet, and the accompanying stress have had a huge impact, effecting our mood, sleep, mental state and overall health & happiness.
On the flip side, recent events have also highlighted the benefits of change & the healing power of nature.
This week-long retreat, on the profounds & wild shores of the Big Island, Hawaii, will focus on the 5 elements of Nature; Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether for getting you back into your body - for stabilization & activation. Utilizing Yogic postures, specific types of breath work, mantras, meditations and the sacred Hawaiian land you will activate and balance the 5 elements of your own inner nature.

Earth element - alignment & movements for grounding, stability and growth
Water element - adaptability, creativity, fluidity & grace.
Fire - purification, digestion, activation, determination, confidence, will
Air - cleansing of & stabilization of the nervous system. Lung expansion.
Ether - Meditation & breathing practices for developing intuition, expanded awareness, visions & psychic abilities.
Some of the offered practices include but aren't limited to: Aligned Vinyasa, 5 Senses meditaiton, Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), Bhramari Breathing (bee breath), meditations for balancing the left & right brain (the rational & intuitive sides), associated mantras, journaling, plus time spent on the vibrant land.
