Body Werk invites you to join us for Body Werk FitCation 2024 from June 13-June 17, 2024, in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic!  This event has Body Werk Fitness sessions, Welcome Reception, Group Excursions and activities, and other events.  You can talk about it, hear about it, or be about it - It's up to you! Just know that it will be a Werk session like none other!!!

Stay at One, Play at Three Resorts!  We are staying at the Grand Palladium complex, an expansive all-inclusive beach resort that includes the Grand Palladium Punta Cana, Grand Palladium Bavaro, and our resort the Grand Palladium Palace.  The All-Adult TRS Turquesa Hotel is also located in the Palladium complex.  If you want the grown and sexy, with butler service experience, contact us for special pricing.  You will have free access to the 3 Palladium resorts to enjoy all the pools, bars, and restaurants. 

What is all-inclusive? It means all your food and beverages including spirits, are included in the price.  Eat at one of the 8 à la carte restaurants and 5 show cooking restaurants, and enjoy unlimited cool beverages at any one of the 25 bars. Bring some tip money and pocket change to check something off your bucket list like zip-lining through tropical forests or horseback riding along the beach. You can also relax by one of the 6 fresh water pools, put your feet up at the beach, or enjoy the daily complimentary activities and nightly shows! Oh and did we mention there is a casino on the complex? Try your luck!

Dress code for gentlemen: shirts with sleeves (no tanks) and long pants are required in all à la carte restaurants.  It is requested that men do not wear sandals. 

Alcoholic beverages are not sold to minors (the minimum drinking age is 18 years old).

Your package includes more than just a resort stay. It is packed with group events yet gives you plenty of time to enjoy the resort or to venture off on your own, especially if you purchase an extended package. (We have a special link for you to book extra excursions.) We are enjoying activities from the time we touch down until we leave.

Please read your package details carefully.

1. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies. 

2. All payments to Langford Travel LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE a "CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE" policy within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your investment in case you need a refund. COVID-19 shut the entire world down. Be prepared for the unexpected. 

3. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. 

4. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.  Monthly automatic payments will be processed to your preferred debit/credit card that you register with.  Our payment processing system is secured and encrypted. 

5. If booking with a roommate, choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  

6. You can log onto WeTravel 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to review your account.  Name corrections or changes after final payment will incur a $50 change fee.  

7. All late payment requests must be approved by management. A $50 late fee will be accessed to any accounts not current.  

8.  Langford Travel LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation with an outstanding past-due payment amount.  Accounts that are past due by two payments will be canceled.  

9.  Cancelled reservations will incur a $150.00 (per person) processing fee to reinstate the booking. Canceled reservations are non-refundable.  Travel protection or travel insurance is highly recommended. 

If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. Langford Travel LLC/Global Travelers and Company has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. We like "happy clients"! Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you join us on a future travel experience.  See Travel Protection Insurance below.

COVID-19 has taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.  

You are highly encouraged to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours.  Protect your investment.  Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency arise.  Below is a link to several insurance companies.  We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy.  

If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should)  most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit. Make your reservation early to keep your monthly payments low. 

THE FINAL PAYMENT IS MARCH  15, 2024 

1.  Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability. 

2. All roommates must pay the deposit for reserving the room. 

3. Payments are invoiced through WeTravel, a secure payment processing system developed especially for travelers and sellers of travel.  You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register.

4.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please email us at: reservations@langfordtravelagency.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.   

5. Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from the group organizers. Packages are not à la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private group activities. 

1.  The vendors require payment on a timely basis.  We cannot extend credit to anyone making late payments.  Therefore, we will be reinforcing our failed and late payment policy.  A fee of $50 will be assessed for all late or failed payments.  Any account 2 months behind will be canceled.  A $150 fee is required to rebook.  

2.  Any changes such as roommate change, occupancy change, category changes, etc., within 120 days of departure will be assessed a $50 change fee per occurrence/incident. 

If you reserved a spot during the Pre-Sale then, your $50 deposit will be applied to your reservation.  

All credit card payments will incur a standard 2.9% + $.30 transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% + $.30 for AMEX plus 1% to WeTravel for processing. 

**If a user pays by credit card, the combined transaction and credit card fees are 3.9%+30c (1%+30c + 2.9%) for Visa/Mastercard or 4.9%+30c (1%+30c + 3.9%) for AMEX plus 1% to WeTravel for processing.**

**BOOKING A RESERVATION**

1.  Can my roommate and I book and pay separately?  YES - Select DBL/TRPL occupancy room category and 1 person at checkout.  Enter your information, and be sure to list your roommate's name.  Pay your deposit, and you are all set.  Your roommate will do the same, and we will pair the two of you in your room. You MUST select the same room type and list each other as roommates.  

2.  If my roommate cancels, what should I do?  You can get another roommate or transfer to a single occupancy room category.  You will be responsible for paying the difference in price.  Reservations are not transferrable once we have reserved your room with the resort and suppliers. **SEE TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY**
