Daily PSM 2.0 Course
During this 3-day PSM Retreat you will learn 172 Pilates Based Exercises on the Suspension Apparatus from the PSM Creator, Rebecca Beckler at the beautiful Civana Resort.
Each session will be 2-4 hours in length and all students will have a chance to explore each movement pattern.
A detailed Pilates Suspension Method Updated 2.0 ebook manual is included. No Pilates experience required to attend, only a willingness to learn and be guided through the safe, effective and fun Pilates Suspension Method.
The Updated PSM 2.0 Course has expanded from its original format of 6-hours and 75 exercises to 12-hours and 172 exercises.
This course is currently approved for 6 NPCP CECs, but will be expanded to 12 NPCP CECs.

I have always been active since I can remember. I loved any sport that my older siblings were doing at the time. Gymnastics, Dance, Swimming, Diving, Soccer you name it. I went on to play soccer and run track at Mississippi State University and finished my last two years of college playing soccer at Marshall University in West Virginia. In 2000 I graduated with a BA in Adult Fitness and moved to Atlanta to start my fitness career as a Personal Trainer. In 2002 I moved to South Orange County, California were I was first introduced to Pilates and immediately feel in love.
In 2002 I started my pursuit to become a Pilates Instructor and by 2006 I was a fully certified Advanced Level STOTT PILATES Instructor. I did not stop there, in 2009 I became a STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer. I am also a Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified Trainer and an American Council of Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer.
In 2012 my daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia. As a result, I was unable to make it to the studio to do my daily equipment based Pilates workouts. I had a Suspension Trainer at home that I used regularly to do fitness-based workouts. I started playing around with the traditional Pilates equipment and mat based exercises on my suspension trainer and to my surprise many exercises were more challenging on the Suspension Trainer than the Pilates equipment. That is how the Pilates Suspension Method started.
When I am not teaching workshops or training clients I love spending time with my husband Greg and our two children Raelyn and Renick.
The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) combines traditional and contemporary mat Pilates and equipment-based Pilates exercises and performs them on any type of suspension apparatus.
Each PSM exercise is Pilates rooted and is also done in many of the traditional Pilates series. The PSM is designed to teach in a group or one-on-one setting

Complimentary classes have to be booked ahead of time. Since they are in high demand, we will send out a reminder two weeks before arrival, to proceed with the booking of your classes.
You do not have to book Rebecca's classes, because they are part of your retreat package.

This is for a husband or a partner who wants to come and share the room, but will not have access to the SPA and to any of Rebecca's programs. Food is included if consumed with Rebecca's group, so breakfast and dinner.

4pm is your standard check in time - please let us know if you arrive early. While an early check in is not guaranteed, Civana will do its best to make sure you are all taken care of
5.30-7.30pm Get ready for your first class of Pilates Suspension Method Updated 2.0 Course - Class is with the Suspension Apparatus straps and it is hosted in Mesquite, the biggest room next to the main hall at Civana. Mats and straps and blocks are provided.
7.30pm Sure about how hungry you can be, Civana's dinner buffet will be nothing but exceptional. You will have a choice of protein, grains, and plenty of veggies, a dessert is also included! Wine and other alcoholic beverages are not included, and they can be ordered at the main bar, adjacent to your dinner corner, and they will be charged to your room.
