DEPOSIT OPTIONS:
The deposit required for this trip is $150 per person. A Split Deposit Option is available, however no price, space can be guaranteed for you until the full deposit is received from both you and your room mate since rooms are sold based on double occupancy. Deposits are non-refundable non-transferrable whether paid in part or in full.
INSURANCE OPTIONS:
Insurance is optional but highly recommended. You have (2) options to obtain insurance. The immediate option requires you pay your insurance in full at the time of booking thus making it active immediately OR, you may add the insurance to your payment plan, however, it will not become active until paid in full as the last payment on your payment plan.
RESORT ONLY PRICING: This is a resort only package, booking "into this package" allows you to be contribute to the the groups ability to earn perks from the resort. You are responsible for obtaining your flight into Montego Bay Jamaica (Airport Code MBJ) however, if you need help we can gladly assist.
We will pick you up from the airport and provide you with round-trip transportation, 4 Night all-inclusive accommodations, customized T-Shirt. and complimentary items.
* Payment Plans You are always welcomed to pay your trip off at ANY TIME. Payment plans are a courtesy extended to those who would rather make monthly payments. Monthly installment amounts are determined by dividing your balance into equal payments that can be paid off by July 15, 2019, therefore your monthly minimum may be different than someone who registers later.
* Final Payment for this trip will be due July 15, 2019, no exceptions or extensions. Failure to pay your trip off by this deadline can result in forced cancellation from the trip.
* Passports are required and must be valid for 6 months after our travel travel dates to enter the country. Passport "Cards" are not valid. If you don't have one get one NOW!
* Excursions are priced separately. Your group organizer has opted to let each of you pick and pay for your own excursions.
* Daily Itinerary and events for the group are subject to change. Your host will keep you informed.
* Refunds & Cancellations: We encourage you to purchase travel protection, $200 non-refundable cancellation fee is assessed to all bookings. Additional $100.00 penalty is assessed after Jan 31, 2019. Cancellations within 90 days of travel are non-refundable.
Resort Changes: In the event that our group grows beyond the availability of the resort, major construction takes place which compromises our quality of experience or otherwise deemed necessary, the resort, vendor, supplier of Girl Let's Go, LLC reserves the right to change the resort to a similarly priced, star rating, location and or comparable resort. If there is a discount in price it will be passed to the customer, if there is an increase in price the opportunity for the customer to cancel from the trip will be offered with a deadline and terms to make that decision.

Both plans are non-refundable. Agent cannot makes promises as what instances are covered, but hereby notifies you that all insurance claims must be submitted for approval and decisions are made by the insurance provider ONLY. This policy is effective IMMEDIATELY upon payment in full.
