About this trip
Our Live Life Authentically Retreat is designed for us to peel away the expectations we and others have for our lives. When we are content with ourselves as we are, not concerned with labels or identity we have the freedom to live life authentically. Activities will include massage and meditation, journaling, discussion, nature bike rides, yoga with a Caribbean flare and several visualization and empowerment exercises. You will feed your soul with flavorful meals and juices that will be made with fresh natural ingredients. As you connect deeper with yourself, you will have several opportunities to explore the beautiful country and experience the endless wonders of Belize.
The proceeds from this retreat directly support our nonprofit organization.

Extremely comfortable accommodations. This is a tropical oasis. Each room offers amazing sea views and Air conditioning in the bedroom, full kitchen with fridge, oven and gas stove, dining and living area, covered patio with hammock, flat-screen cable TV, high-speed WIFI, and safe. We can adjust room rates for double occupancy.
