 The Bradford Group Consulting presents the Celebrate You! - Women Embracing Wellness Retreat featuring  five dynamic Women of Prosperity Network wellness experts.  This day and a half all-inclusive retreat is designed to take you back to what is most important...YOU! Relax, reflect, have fun, laugh and CELEBRATE with a group of women as you explore all the elements that will allow you to live in a 360 state of wellness and bliss!

Are there key things I should Know?

Purpose of Retreat - Enjoy concentrated time of learning, relaxing and growth to jump start you on the path of taking care of and celebrating YOU. You will be with other like-minded and wellness-focused women from all age groups. (See photo gallery)


Group Size - This is a medium size group of 15-25 women. You will have plenty of time to interact  in small groups and make friends.


Retreat Times -  The retreat begins at 8AM on Saturday, June 1 and ends at NOON on June 2.  It is a two-day all-inclusive retreat.  Registration is from 8AM - 9AM on Saturday, and the first session will begin promptly at 9AM.  Registered participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a light breakfast and visit vendor tables before the session begins.


Attire/Packing List - Dress is casual chic and comfortable. The temperature varies inside, so it is a good idea to bring layers (sweater or shawl). For movement, have clothes that you can move easily in, and bring comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen and a hat.  You may want to pack a swimming suit and workout gear if you desire to enjoy the pool or fitness center.


Photos/Videos - There will be pictures and video captured, which will require signature release from each participant prior to entry into the session.


What Will Happen - The time we spend together will be highly interactive and engaging. You will often be doing things in pairs or small groups, and will be guided by a structure provided by our facilitators. We will be talking and sharing experiences, and doing different fun exercises, including simple dance. You will use expressive means to process emotions through writing, movement,and group activities such as role play. Our facilitators are skilled with using guided imagery for self-discovery, healing and skill-building.


Participation - All participation during the sessions is voluntary and there is no judgement.  


Food - All meals and snacks are included in the price of the registration. The food is delicious and healthy and plentiful. Meals will include full breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with continuous snacks and beverages. Vegetarian and other dietary options are available, and you can let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions upon registration.


Mobility - The facility disability accessible. Please let us know upon registration if you have any concerns or needs in this area.


Free Time - The weekend is designed to be relaxing an fun., as well as a time of healing and growth.  During the breaks we will have movement, stretching and dancing.  You can spend time alone meditating  or writing, or you can get acquainted with new friends, ride a bike, take a walk, chat with our facilitators about their programs and offerings,, browse the vendor tables, or go back to your room and take a nap! The choice is yours!


Other Availability Activities - Ride throughout the grounds on a golf cart or bike, play tennis, enjoy indoor fitness center and pool, and enjoy the walking trails.


Cancellation Policy - All sales are final and non-refundable. Reservations are transferable.

    Visit the vendor tables and learn about unique selections of products and service. All retreat attendees receive 10% discount on any item purchased.

What’s not included

  • Room incidentals
    Room incidentals such as movie rentals, room service, etc., are not included. If charged, they will be the responsibility of the attendee,.

This all-inclusive package includes a room with a king or queen bed, admission to the interactive retreat sessions, complimentary parking, free WIFI,  three full delicious buffet meals filled with amazing choices that meet all dietary needs, continuous morning and afternoon breaks with a variety of yummy snacks , and a chance to have relaxed and fun conversations with our wellness experts during our evening social on Saturday.  Also, enjoy free bike and golf cart rentals, walking and riding paths, the indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and gym access all set in a beautiful landscaped complex.

Wellness Vendor Tables

There will be only one vendor per product type and/or service.  


Requirements: 1)  All Vendors requests will be reviewed  2) Once approved, payment can be made on this site; 3) Vendors are expected to have products/services displayed during both retreat days; 4) Vendor tables must be paid in full; 5) Once processed, all vendor fees are final; 6) Discount codes DO NOT apply for vendor tables.


Our vendor tables allows you to promote and sell your products and services to participants during  the retreat. Vendor tables will be first reserved for those in the health and wellness space.. There will be only one vendor per service or product allowed during the retreat.  If registered as a retreat attendee, the price of the vendor table is an add-on to the event package selected.  If you have registered for the event and are also vendor you have VIP Status which means you will be  featured on 4  Facebook promotions on our Facebook event page and one 1/2 page ad included in our retreat program. Vendor tables must be set up and ready by 8am on Saturday, June 2.
