We recommend booking your flights to Belize well in advance so that you may enjoy the best travel time and routes.

*Please note – Although it’s possible to arrange boat travel to the island we recommend taking the 15-minute flight from Belize City to Ambergris Caye.  Ak'bol will reserve ALL Tropic air tickets for group directly from Belize City International Airport to San Pedro ($157.75US round-trip, per person.)  

Ak’boL reserves the tickets so there is no waiting, and guests will pay for their tickets directly at check- in, before boarding the plane, with CC or cash.  

Departure tax: there is an approximately $40 departure tax when leaving Belize City International airport on the way home.  They would like US cash but CC accepted.

Plan for adventure!  We must do our part to help conserve water on an island.

While daily housekeeping will tend to your space, bedding and towels are changed every other day, but hanging towels after using is recommended.

 Everyone has sensitive septics on an island! Guests are asked to dispose of toilet paper in a garbage can, whenever able.
