Egypt was the 4th trip that I have been on with Jet Black. I was nervous this time around because I was traveling alone and I would be meeting brand new people for the very first time. I was able to make lifelong friends on this trip and every single person except for one person was really nice and welcoming. Egypt is a very large country located in North Africa and we did a lot of different activities. I loved the first hotel that we stayed at and it was my first time going on a cruise.
We had one ridiculously annoying traveler who complained about every single thing but we didn’t let her negative energy and constant complaints ruin our trip. I do wish Jet Black would’ve gotten rid of her sooner because when you book it’s says bad vibes aren’t included. This was the very first trip that I experienced someone being so negative.
I will be going on more jet black trips because overall the food was good, there were many activities to do, and I made lifelong friends. The tour guides were very nice and tried their best to make sure that we all had a great time. Remember that different countries in Africa will not be as modern as the U.S. and things such as the internet will not work as fast. I truly do encourage everyone to go on a Jet Black trip when exploring the world because you will have a good time and also meet new people.

I recently went on a trip with Jet Black Travel, and I must say that it was the worst experience I have ever endured in my life.
We paid top dollar for section-eight accommodations. The cruise ship was old, outdated, smelled, and looked different from the brochure pictures. There were actually two twin beds pushed together to make one king bed. However, the trip did get worse. When we returned to Cairo, the hotel was less than livable. Most individuals within the group were forced to check out and check into another hotel at our expense. When we voiced our concerns, we were told that if you don't like the accommodations, feel free to leave.
We Paid Top Dollar for a Subpar, Mediocre, And Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Worst By Far, when I communicated my concerns to the founder of Jet Black Travel, I was berated and made to feel less than all because he held a doctorate in pharmacy. After multiple thousands of dollars spent, and because I voiced my concerns, I was told that Jet Black Travel wasn’t the group for me by the founder of Jet Black Travel.
The founder of Jet Black didn’t try to listen to my concerns or provide an alternative option during the trip. Afterward, the trip was over; he became downright cruel. Rather than listening to my complaints, he simply just blocked me.
IF YOU WANT An Experience that Consists of a ROOM THAT SMELLS AND IS FILLED WITH COCKROACHES, JET BLACK TRAVEL IS THE RIGHT TRAVEL GROUP FOR YOU

What was even more bothersome were the many complaints from other guests, local vendors and service providers about your behavior and professionalism. The constant attitudes towards other people, lack of consideration for tour guides and irrational expectations was distasteful to many to say the least.
We would like to clarify that the accommodations provided during our trip were carefully selected five-star hotels, recognized for their quality and service both locally and internationally. Your experience was no different than the 100+ people that have visited Egypt with JetBlack Travel over the past 4 years. Many of these individuals have left reviews unbiasedly and interestingly, your review is the only one of its’ kind.
We understand that traveling internationally can sometimes challenge our expectations, and we strive to prepare our guests for the unique experiences they will encounter abroad. We stand firm in our statement and assertion. JetBlack Travel Group is not for you and you are not welcomed back on any trips for your behavior and treatment of other travelers and local partners. We have sent you a full refund for all other trips that you've booked and wish you well.

I revently traveled to Egypt/Jordan with a phenomenal group of like minded individuals! Jet Black is very well organized and created a seamless and very memorable experience. Jet Black's leadership and logistics team is second to none. The team was always very communicative and placed high value on customer satisfaction. Cutural Immersion and education was key. The partners were very knowledgeable of the Egyptian and Jordanian history and way of life and displayed perfect professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to book again, actually I am deciding on my next trip. Don't mull over it, just pay the deposit and plan to meet dope people and have the time of your life!

This is my 2nd time booking with Jet Black Travel and it was just as phenomenal as the first experience. I always wanted to go to Egypt and then Jordan was just a bonus for me 🇪🇬🇯🇴. I am so happy to explore the continent of Africa with a company that has passion and wants to not only make sure the attendees have a great fun experience but are also educated on the cities and countries they are visiting. I am definitely booking with Jet Black Travel again. The professional and attention to detail are unmatched. 10 out of 10 stars! They are the best!
