Come with your friends and neighbors as we travel for a 3 day, 2 night Holiday trip to the Biltmore Mansion and Asheville, North Carolina! Our adventure will be packed with Holiday memories as we experience the tradition that is Christmas at the Biltmore!
Cancellation Policy
We work to have the most agreeable cancellation policy in the travel industry. Anyone who must cancel after registration will forfeit a $120 fee. This amount is used to make deposits on the bus which must be booked in advance. If there is a waiting list and we can replace you with someone else being added to the trip, we will then reimburse your initial deposit in full.
Anyone who must cancel after October 1st of 2023 will forfeit an additional $549 for double occupancy travelers or $859 for single travelers. This price covers the cost of the Biltmore inclusive stay and events.
No shows on the morning of departure will not be eligible for a refund.

This package is for any single traveler. Please note, due to availability, any single traveler wishing for Exterior view will receive a room with 2 double beds.
