Yoga and Leadership Retreat | One Yoga
Join Peter and Cecily Elmas for 7 days of retreat, renewal, and growth. Through the practices of Yoga and Personal Development, we will all get exactly what we need. The week will be filled with daily Vinyasa Yoga (asana, pranayama, and meditation) and Personal Development sessions(inquiry, journaling, and conversation) with plenty of time and space for reflection, expression, and fun on the beautiful Pacific coast.
Mar de Jade is a Yoga, Wellness & Vacation Retreat Center nestled between the tropical jungle and the pristine, sandy beach Chacala, Mexico. It is the perfect, intimate space that we need to do deep, meaningful work while relaxing in a supportive and inspiring environment.
The retreat cost is $400 CAD. You will book your accommodation directly with Mar De Jade.
