Welcome to Eagle's Nest pre-arrival services!
We want to make your adventure journey to Eagle's Nest the easiest it can be. As such we are offering transport logistics from Guatemala City airport, the most likely and common country arrival point for retreat participants.
Choose your arrival pickup
Select options below according to your transportation needs for accessing the retreat venue located on beautiful Lake Atitlán - Guatemala.
Your flight arrival date must be:
- same day as retreat start, by/before 1:30pm (for shared transport direct to Eagle's Nest)
- day prior to retreat start, anytime (for shared transport w/ overnight in Antigua
- any day/time for privates
In the event that the vehicle has fewer than 3 passengers,
1. we will require you to pay a supplement, or
2. wait for further passengers to arrive.
We will confirm your trip with you at least 3 days prior.

Queremos apoyar a que tu viaje de aventura a Eagle's Nest sea el más facil que pueda. Por lo tanto ofrecemos logistica de transportes terestres desde la Ciudad de Guatemala, el punto de llegada más probable para participantes a los retiros.
Escoja tu recojida de llegada al aeropuerto
Selecciona la opción según tu necesidad para llegar al destino final del Nido de Aguila en el meravilloso Lago de Atitlán.
La fecha de tu vuelo tiene que ser:
- el mismo dia que empieze el retiro, antes de 1:30pm (para transportes compartidos directos a Eagle's Nest)
- el dia anterios al comienzo del retiro, cualquier hora (para transportes compartidos con una noche en Antigua)
- cualquier dia/hora para transportes privados.
En el caso de que el vehiculo tengo menos de 3 pasageros, tendra que o
1. pagar un suplemento que corresponde a la diferencia con un transporte privado, o
2. esperar que mas pasageros llegen
Estaremos confirmando su itinerario por lo menos 3 dias antes de su llegada.

One way shared transport to Eagle's Nest Atitlán, San Marcos La Laguna on Lake Atitlán. This is a 3-4 hour journey from Guatemala City airport. You will share this transportation with other paticipants from the retreat. The latest departure is at 2pm.
If your flight arrives later than 1:30pm, please choose one of the following options:
1. Stay overnight in Antigua Guatemala (see all inclusive packages below).
2. Book a private driver (see package below).
3. Make your own arrangements to the retreat venue.

Transporte ida sola desde el aeropuerto La Aurora (GUA - Ciudad de Guatemala) hasta Eagle's Nest Atitlán, San Marcos La Laguna. Es un viaje de 4 horas desde el aeropuerto en la ciudad de Guatemala. Vas a compartir ese transporte con otros participantes del retiro. La ultima salida es a las 2pm.
Se tu vuelo llega despues de las 1:30pm, por favor escoja una de las otras opciones:
1. Transportes con una noche en Antigua Guatemala (vea paquete siguientes).
2. Reservas un transporte privado (vea paquetes siguientes).
3. Haz tus propios planes.
PLEASE NOTE: Minimum passengers per vehicle is 3 persons (extra charge will be made if the vehicle has fewer passengers according to the difference required )
For arrivals on 11th January 2020 Only.
One way shared transport to Antigua (1 hour journey) from Guatemala City airport, plus an overnight stay in an Antigua hostel with breakfast the next morning. The next day, we will send you to Eagle's Nest Atitlán via shared transport with other participants from the retreat (3 1/2 hour journey). This package does not have a flight arrival time limit, so this is a great alternative for late flight arrivals.

- transporte hacia la ciudad colonial de l'Antigua Guatemala (1 hora desde el aeropuerto)
- una noche en un hostal en Antigua
- desayuno incluido
- el día siguiente te tranportaremos hacia Eagle's Nest (viaje de 3 a 3.5 horas)
Este paquete no tiene restriccion de hora de llegada de tu vuelo. Es una buena opcion alternativa para compartir el transporte se tu vuelo llega tarde en el dia

One way private transport to Eagle's Nest Atitlán, San Marcos La Laguna on Lake Atitlán. This is a 4 hour journey from Guatemala City airport. This is a private transport option, which you can share with up to six passengers (you must set up the share yourself). Please let us know your departure time.

Transporte directo privado ida sola. 4 horas de camino hasta Eagle's Nest desde el aeropuerto de Guatemala. Reservando esa opción, puedes compartir el transporte con hasta seis otros pasajeros (pero tendras que coordinar con ellos directamente). Solo haznos saber tu hora de llegada.
