By the end of the retreat, I felt like I had shed layers of myself that were no longer needed, emerging reinvigorated and liberated. The overwhelming feelings of love, joy, and a newfound freedom were testament to the powerful transformation that occurred. I left Guatemala feeling rejuvenated and truly rebirthed, with a profound sense of connection to myself and those around me.
